Responce #1 "You can't judge a book by its cover"

I think that the author chose the title because the plot of the story is about saving Cascadia Island. I think the title means something bad might happen to Cascadia Island. I think the title literally means that someone has to save Cascadia Island. My prediction I that the island of Cascadia is going to have a disaster and it might kill lots of people when/if it does.
